We help you realise continuous improvement through digitalization

Your business keeps on changing and improving every day. To keep up with changes in the market and to manage your own changes, digitalization – the use of computers and data – is becoming unavoidable. We help you going through digitalization, taking your change process as the starting point.

What we do

At Shinchoku we help our customers in three different ways:

Dashboards: We understand that not everything on your digitalization jouney needs to be custom-made. That is why, next to custom projects, we offer our self-developed dashboard as part of your digitalization solution. Our solutions support data gathering, analysis, and visualization in manufacturing and logistics.

Projects: We have a strong background in software development and industrial automation. We know that while a lot of software is available on the market, it never fits your digitalization needs exactly. In projects, we help you select the correct software for your goals, and make the necessary custom changes and software where needed.

Consultancy: If you’re not sure what you need, we can always offer you a short consulting project to identify your needs. After that, you’re free to work with us, or go your own way. Either way, we will focus on what you really need, not on what the hype of the day tells you.

On January 23rd we had our first Shinchoku webinar. In this short session we explained what dashboards are, and how they can be used in the context of manufacturing sustainability. We looked at dashboards, sustainability indicators, and gathering data for dashboards. In future sessions we will go into the technical details of those.

Sustainable Dashboard Progress

7 August 2024

We are working on a sustainability dashboard that we will be able to hook up to any production facility in the near future. By teaming up with the right partners, we will be able to connect this dashboard to old and new equipment, so there will be no need for completely changing around factories to gain sustainability insights.

Data analytics and sustainability reporting

4 April 2024

Using data from a manufacturing facility and its machines can contribute to the optimisation of manufacturing processes. This in turn contributes to sustainability (e.g. because less resources are used, or because less waste is generated during processes).
